Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, but the air conditioning struggled to cool the entire room, leaving us feeling hot and sticky all the time. The room was small but had its own en-suite bathroom, fridge, and hot plate. The service was decent overall, with helpful staff, though one member was a bit dominant and not the best communicator but meant well. The location was a bit of a letdown as it was further from the beach than advertised, making it uncomfortable to walk in the heat. On the positive side, it was close to town center with markets, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was not commented on, but the hotel had some nice facilities to offer.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although small and lacking some essentials, provided only basic comfort on the third floor without proper cooling, making it quite uncomfortable. On the bright side, the location offered easy access to the town center and nearby amenities.
The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms suitable for business transactions, with excellent service and a central location. However, the distance from the beach could be disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the initial room was not very comfortable, lacking a bathroom counter and key kitchen items, after three nights of discomfort, I decided to pay for an upgrade to a room with a kitchenette which improved my stay. The service, on the other hand, was excellent, with the staff being friendly, welcoming, and even going the extra mile to upgrade us to a larger 'family' room. The location was quite good, offering easy access to markets, coffee shops, and restaurants, although it wasn't close to the beach. The dining experience, offering Thai dishes, was pleasant albeit limited. The facilities were decent, meeting basic needs.
The hotel is conveniently located, but the distance to the beach was a major disappointment. The rooms are meticulously clean with strong air conditioning, but the windows are sealed shut. The service is friendly and helpful, although communication can be improved. The location allows easy access to the central market and the beach, yet it's slightly on the edge of the bustling area of Zihuatanejo.
